Rehabilitation of the upper limb functioning in patients with post-stroke by the physical therapy methods

The article is devoted to the problem of rehabilitation upper limb functioning with help physical therapy in patients after stroke. as a result stroke loses function, and consequence activity participation patient, this leads significant impairment quality life significantly affects social adaptation.

 methods used were analysis scientific literature, mathematical analysis, assessing patients: muscle strength (MMT), Barthel daily living (ADL), pain assessment (VAS).
 conducted on basis Department Physical Rehabilitation Medicine City Clinical Hospital №4 Dnipro. involved 12 clinical diagnosis stroke.
 Patients had sessions that included exercises increase strength, neuromuscular training, improve selective control, balance, coordination reduce risk falling. not static changed based positive changes patient's functional state.
